Quality Policy
The Library and Documentation Department, which adopts the mission and vision of our university as a quality policy, in line with the quality policy and strategic goals of our university, in the library services within the framework of the Higher Education Quality Assurance Regulation; Our academic and administrative staff as internal stakeholders, students and other external stakeholders as external stakeholders, to participate in quality management, to receive feedback, to be an up-to-date information center in information technologies and information resources, to provide equal service to everyone, to keep communication channels open, to provide reliable and solution solutions. It has adopted as a quality policy to be focused, to provide the necessary training to ensure that our personnel reach the required qualified standards, to determine the quality commission members from among the employees with administrative responsibilities in the unit.
